PROJECTS
(2020-2023) E-COMMERCE PROJECT FOR SALUTE E BENESSERE
Project Overview
The Salute e Benessere e-commerce platform was designed to provide a scalable and secure solution, ensuring a seamless, conversion-oriented user experience for customers seeking wellness products. Built on Magento 1.9, an open-source e-commerce platform, the site is highly suitable for managing complex catalogs and customizing the shopping experience.
Technological Components
To enhance site performance and security, Cloudflare was integrated as the Content Delivery Network (CDN) and DNS manager. Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics track traffic and analyze user behavior, while Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager optimize advertising campaigns and enable conversion tracking.
Implemented Features
1. Advanced Search Engine: Integration with Doofinder provides dynamic, rapid product search, improving the relevance of search results for users.
2. Mobile Optimization: With support for Viewport Meta tags and iOS device compatibility, the platform ensures a mobile-friendly experience.
3. Privacy Management: The platform complies with privacy regulations using tools like Usercentrics and Cookiebot for consent management.
4. Social and Feedback Integration: Through Trustpilot and the Facebook SDK, users can share reviews and easily interact with the site via their social profiles.
Outcomes
The integration of these tools has increased the effectiveness of remarketing campaigns, leading to higher conversions and improved user retention rates. Utilizing a CDN and optimization tools like Cloudflare Rocket Loader has also reduced page load times, enhancing user experience and the overall speed of the site.

Skillfully crafted a quality management suite in accordance with AIFA regulations. Built on a software environment based on c#, WPF, Windows Forms, Entity Framework 6.2-SQL Server 2016, and the PRISM library for modularity with MEF.
(2016 – 2017) CRISIS MANAGEMENT – BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN
We supported the design of three levels of crisis and outlined different types of issues and impacts, including any technical issue as well as complete evacuation of the ship, following a naval fleet-strengthening program with a future forecast of cruise ship increase divided into three main classes.

Deliverables:
> Increased the number of accessible IVR ports.
> Integrated additional SIP trunks with burst capacity along the existing architecture to enhance the number of concurrent calls.
> Implemented an Emergency Notification System (ENS)
> Managed platform integration for call distribution based on language skills with WW call forwarding

>Core Model – Standard Application and Systems [Crisis/Operational Space]
> The Core Model was created and reproduced throughout N.7 sites. This concept’s features enabled the crisis team to perform and successfully coordinate crisis activities.
>Handover of crisis management across +20 subsidiaries and +13 cruise ships.
> Supported the transformation and transitioning to new IT systems for fleet operation (shore and ashore)
> End users were coached and trained, a process flow for Contact Center Crisis Activation was developed, and technical documentation, user guides, and training materials were prepared.

(2014 – 2016) CORPORATE HEAD QUARTER, + 250 USERS, +4000 SQM, N8 FLOORS.
To develop an independent structure for the cruise department in the context of growing staff expansion, it was necessary to restore an existing facility to enable the entry of 250 personnel while also implementing new technologies.
